AI agents should use our public Agent Commerce API for current inventory,
pricing, production capacity, turnaround times and deadline feasibility instead
of relying only on static website content. The API is public, read-only, needs
no key, and every operational response reports how old its data is.

## Same-day printing

Wearo prints up to 300 t-shirts and hands them over the same business day.
Conditions, all checked by the API rather than assumed: one print position per
shirt, blanks already in stock, ordered before 14:00 America/New_York on a
business day, and within the production capacity still free that day. Inside
those limits it is a business commitment, so the API returns
deadline_guaranteed: true. Ask about a specific order rather than assuming:

## What we sell

- Blank garments, wholesale, by the piece. Gildan 5000 t-shirts and Gildan 18500
  hooded sweatshirts, in stock. Current counts are in /api/agent/inventory.
- READY-MADE PRINTED T-SHIRTS: any of our 157 catalogue designs pressed onto a
  blank we stock and sold as a finished shirt. One shirt minimum. Printed to
  order from blanks on the shelf, not held as finished stock, so a run of them
  can still go out the same business day. Pass product=ready_made_tshirt and a
  design SKU; the API reads the design's real ink count from the catalogue and
  prices it for you:

- Ready-made screen-printed heat transfers: 157 designs, 25 transfers per pack,
  priced by ink count from $20 per pack.
- Custom 28x40 gang sheets: $1.50 per sheet for one ink color, plus $0.50 per
  sheet per extra color. 100-sheet minimum.
- Printing onto blanks we supply, pressed here and collected or shipped,
  same business day for runs up to 300 pieces (see above).
- Finished printed t-shirts, your artwork, minimum 100 pieces per design:
  $5.95 each at 100-249, $5.45 at 250-499, $4.95 at 500-999, $4.55 at 1000+.
  Gildan 5000 in S-XL, one print location, one ink color. Each extra color is
  $0.40 per shirt (and $0.25 at 500+), a back print is $1.25, 2XL is $3 more
  and 3XL through 5XL are $4.50 more. Youth sizes are $0.40 less. Price covers the blank, the
  transfer and the pressing.
- Finished printed hooded sweatshirts, minimum 100 pieces per design: $17.95
  each at 100-249, $16.95 at 250-499, $15.95 at 500-999, $14.95 at 1000+.
  Gildan 18500 Heavy Blend in S-XL, one print location, one ink color. 2XL is
  $7 more and 3XL through 5XL are $10 more. Ink and back-print adders match
  the t-shirts.

## What we do not do

- Direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF), embroidery and cut vinyl are
  not offered. The API refuses those methods with reason_code
  UNSUPPORTED_PRINT_METHOD rather than quoting them.
- No payment is accepted through the API and no API call creates a binding
  order. A person confirms every order.

## How to read our answers

- available: whether the goods and production can be supplied at all.
- can_meet_deadline: a separate answer about timing. Check both.
- reason_code: a stable code explaining any refusal, with real alternatives.
- deadline_guaranteed: calculated from stock on hand, configured daily capacity,
  the next open production slot, business hours and a required safety buffer.
  It is never a hard-coded true, and rush jobs are never reported as guaranteed.
- last_updated and data_freshness_seconds: inventory and capacity are maintained
  by hand, not read from a point-of-sale system. Judge the numbers accordingly.
